The Runaways is a comic in the Marvel comics Universe that deals with a group of teens who all know each other because their influential parents attend the same retreat each year. One year it is discovered that the parents are secretly a cabal of supervillains who meet anually to plan their crime. The kids steal technology or discover they inherited their parents gifts and use these resources to overthrow their parents super summit of crime.
