Actor/Director George Clooney is planning to start shooting his adaptation of 2008′s off-broadway, Farragut North, this February. Apparently, actor Chris Pine may join (as the lead) the film; one that already includes an all-star cast.

Seems that fish out of water gender role comedy Avon Man is going to have to do without all that Hugh Jackman charm. The film about a manly man finding success in the female dominated home based business has lost their primary lead as Jackman has pulled out… to do Wolverine 2! Testosterone restored. Fused Film says: Hugh Jackman has left the project Avon Man, of which he has recently been attached to star in after his robot flick, Real Steel.

Salt has been out for about almost 4 weeks now. Starring Angelina Jolie, the action-thriller has made an estimated $103 million in domestic box office. News comes that Jolie and crew are waiting to see how the film does overseas, so they can then green-light the sequel

It seems that the team behind the Expendables is just waiting on the starting line to get back to work making a sequel to the film, and all they are waiting for is that proving point we call the boxoffice. If the movie rakes it in big, they are pushing for Expendables 2.

After Sony gave up on rebooting The Shadow, they sold the rights to the project to Fox who apparently has intentions to do something with the property. And now word has it that Quentin Tarantino is rewriting the script. Dark Horizons shares: Sam Raimi and later David Slade had been attached to the project when it was setup at Sony Pictures.
